Artificial Vertical Gardens

Vertical gardens are standing structures which are popularly known as living walls or green walls. In such structures, plants are grown along the plane of the vertical dimension, using minimum horizontal space.

Vertical gardens are picturesque, and are very eye-catching. However, they require intense regular input in terms of time, labour, water and maintenance. Owing to this, many greenery lovers started to look for alternative solutions.

What are Artificial Vertical Gardens?
Artificial vertical gardens are substitutes to regular vertical gardens, where maintenance of live vertical gardens is a constraint in terms of natural light, labour, water or time.Installing artificial vertical gardens involves a one-time installation cost, and can be installed in a much shorter time compared to live vertical gardens. Thesedo not need to be ‘maintained’ but still provide the beauty that a regular vertical garden would.

Another advantage about them is that an occasional dusting or a spray wash is enough to keep them looking as good as new.

Our recent Artificial Vertical Garden Project

Recently, we took up a project for a restaurant in a western suburb. The restaurant was reopening post the lockdown and hence the client wanted to beautify the restaurantfor its customers.

The architects and the client wanted a green and inviting look for the restaurant entry, but at the same time also wanted to block some surrounding views near the entry, so as to provide privacy to the guests. They opted for a simple green look for the entry passage and a colourful geometric design to create a striking aesthetic look on the outer facade. The geometric design with colourful foliage provided the perfect splash of colour.

The project was completed in record time and handed over to the client, in time for their inauguration.

The project completely transformed the look of the place and gave the place a very welcome vibe.
